I'm a big fan of high res, but i have to say that it is not really that usable on my x51v. Besides the bugs (eg icons, keyboard, layout issues) it really is just too small. I was hoping for GPS (tomtom) it would show more info... but it doesnt.

I think it would be good for web browsing, but i think you will find a better browser (like Opera) does an effective job.

My suggestion... have a play around, but you will most likely head back to default until Microsoft makes it built into WM5 ++++

Where can I download the VGA.ZIP ?

I have another one to add. Don't know is this is already mentioned on the board.
It gives you VGA in 96/128/192 dpi. Works good only some icons are incomplete.

Org. it is for the Athena. More can be found here

I found some really simple instructions for Real VGA here:
Expert: Werner "Menneisyys" Ruotsalainen - Native (high-resolution) VGA on WM5 VGA devices – the long-awaited roundup and tutorial!

(maybe already referenced here, but it was easy to set up, and use ... using ozVGA).

I'm wondering about apps that work in conjunction with this Real VGA.
Like, SBSH software does a good job, and some others are OK. Some are quarter screen sized. I was wondering if there is anything I can do to these (only things I can figure is ozVGA back to seVGA or contact the developer to update SW).

Also, I found some supposed VGA [desktop] themes (*.tsk) but they are just a small patch in the center of the screen. How do you determine if a theme will be full RealVGA sized, or where can I get some of these?

I found another thread where others were posting pictures and using Rescoe File Explorer to make pictures the desktop wallpaper, is there something else that does that? I don't have Rescoe.
