I found out that the keyboard is too small for me. 1/4 of the real size. anyway to make it return to the original size ?
Yeah, but it will cost you. It's called Goamo VGA SIP Keyboard and you can get it from PocketGear.com for $5.95. It has a few colour choices and it gives you the full size keyboard when running in true VGA.

I dont know if it is compatitble with Windows Mobile 5, I have an x50v with 2003SE. It only claims support for 2003, 2003SE. But I'm hoping it works with Mobile 5.

If you can wait a little, I'm still waiting for my Windows Mobile 5 upgrade CD. When I get it, I will try the keyboard out and let you know if it works.

YES! Finally, my dreams have come true! I am saved from a tiny internet viewing screen... i can enjoy a huge amount of blank space! Some fixing would be nice, however it all works for the most part.

I just did this with WM5 on my X51v... When I go into the settings, a lot of the screens are messed up. i.e. the power and dim settings menu as well as most of the others... The screen is all scrunched up and everything is scrambled looking..

Anyone else having this problem?

Yeah, i'm having the same thing. It's not yet fully compatible but i just love full VGA. Hopefully there will be a complete version in future.

Just installed on my x51v.. Rebooting..

It works, but the password app doesn't like vga mode.. only takes up half the screen.

Anybody else notice the new startup screen in realVGA mode? That's too much lens flare for my tastes..

Anyways, kudos for getting this hack out there and working again.

I even posted a tool to disable that stupid security question, and that fixes the problem that I had with MUI files but it fix the problem that you guys were having with those icons not being loaded.

One thing I haven't figured out, if there is an app that doesn't run correctly after applying this, is there a way to exclude it from being affected or do you need to switch back just to use that app?

Me neither... I'm a bit lost: what's the difference between this and the original OzVGA DLL's, which are already working fine? Is this only for X51v and not for X50v?
Maybe I'm missing something....

I think the DLL's are the same (atleast some)
But there is a cab file i nthere that will allow loading of un signed dll's...

Basicly if there not signed by microsoft they don't work... they do with the patch.
