WLAN Turns On Automatically x2, Even in Flight Mode

My Axim told me it was in flight mode this second time that the WLAN started to connect without me pressing a button. I get the wirless "sync" icon, and the green wireless ight flashes, or alternates with the blue bluetooth light if enabled immedidately after a soft reset after a program hangs or doesn't boot.

The first time happened just before I went to bed; I noticed that the WIFI link/light came on for no reason (I didn't press the button, etc.).

This second time Griff wouldn't start up (it usually works fine), so I did a soft reset and WIFI came on, even though it told me it was in flight mode.

I would recommend being careful if you're carrying your Axim X50v with WM5 aboard an aircraft at this stage.

Otherwise, I keep my Axim in low-power mode only (not auto, since I think that's where the bug is). My battery didn't drain last night and my Axim seems to be working fine, albeit a lot slower (nevermind the low-power setting--it's still a lot slower than 2003SE).

I'm keeping it installed for now, though. I really don't want to keep installing apps.
