Odd WM5 Behavior

Attempted to do a backup of the data on my ppc using the dell backup. When it finished scanning the system, I was told there was 24 Gig of data on the device!!! Upon searching the system, i found that the Activesync folder was corrupted and was reporting phantom data. It only seems to affect file explorer and data backup utility. The memory utility reports the proper amount of space. And of course I can't delete the crap in the folder.

Anyone else experience this?

If I could get a new edition of sprite backup, i could just save everything but that folder. . . grrrr
