Scheduled Activesync

I am trying to set up my X50v to activesync every 15 mins with our server using my bluetooth phone as the connection. This works fine when the Axim is on but always fails when the Axim goes into suspend due to the bluetooth switching off when in suspend mode.

Anyone have any ideas on how to get around this.
