Moving dll's.. Is it safe?

I tried to move my windows dll's using tweaks2k2, but it said "no dll's have been moved, you can try to move them manually from Windows to Built in Storage/System"

I dont like how it said "try".. Makes me nervous.. There are a lot of dll's in windows, so i can save a lot of ram by moving them. Can i brick my axim by doing it or is it totally safe to move them all?

I wouldn't the operating system requires them to be in a certain location and in this case the window's directoy. Your asking for trouble by moving DLLs which are system files. This risk (hard reset) outweighs the reward (a few k of space).

How much space do you have left and what do you have loaded on it.

In my main memory i have installed pocket plus, weather panel, and wisbar advance along with juni's black&white skin.

I've read some people save up to 2mb by moving the dll's using tweaks2k2, im not sure why it doesnt move mine.

it moves only
1.) the dll is not actively loaded (i.e. today screen dll's, running program dll's, etc)
2.) the dll is not hard-linked in the registry (i.e. some programs require the DLL has to be specifically place in the /windows folder, and after you move them they would not work)

You would probably save more space by not installing all that stuff to MainMemory.

Yes, it is safe

No, don't install all that in main memory.
