Need Help - Unable to sync.

I need help from anyone out there. I am unable to sync my calendar, contacts, and tasks from my pocket PC to my computer. I keep getting error boxes, and it tells me it is unable to find Microsoft Outlook even though is is on my computer. In fact its the version that came with my Pocket PC. I can download from PC to my Pocket PC. Has anyone else had this problem and how do I solve it?

What does the error message say exactly?
Give the latest ActiveSync version a try (4.1).
It is supposed to fix a bunch of problems.

Ok, Here is what it says exactly. "Sync cannot be completed because Calendar, Contacts, or Tasks folder cannot be located in your Microsoft Outlook profile. Close Oulook, start it again, and try to sync." Any ideas on what else to try?
