Whats a fair price for my x50v?

Im looking to sell my x50v and i was wondering what you guys would think a far price is (preferably in canadian dollars)

The x51v is selling on dell.ca for 599, but i couldnt find the x50v

Oh, the codition is mint. No marks anywhere and still over 200 days of warrenty.

You have to determine what others are selling it for. The dell outlet has refurbished ones w/warranty for about $350US, and lower with coupons. Would you rather buy from Dell or a stranger?

Someone offered me 350 canadian.. Thats almost exactly 300 American, so i guess its a fair price considering dell's deals :)

My recommendation is $325 CAD or $275 USD. That's roughly 75% of the lowest refurbished price I've seen on Dell's website. For S&H, $15 is probably fair.

Try looking at ebay. The lowest one I remember was sold at US$230, but that one is really the lowest; typically it goes around US$290 for a used device.

Yeah im serious, but i already have a buyer, i just wanted to know if i was getting ripped off selling it for 350 Canadian (300 American)

It doesn't appear that i am, its just that its still a lot less then i paid even a month ago, but i guess i got ripped

I got a $600USD Cassiopeia E-125 for $100USD when PPC 2002 OS devices came out. The newer OS devices seem to cause a price drop in older OS models.

Here's a question for you... What are you replacing it with?

Im selling it because im more of a smartphone guy. I need a phone thats all-in-one, so im gonna save the money for a Nokia N80 when it comes out.

I just dont take my Axim anywhere or use it, i only carry my phone..

I'll still stick with Dell. Warranty. Service.

I'm also in the market to buy a used x50v since I cannot rely on the newer model. I've had 2 x51vs returned and I was about to place another order today, seeing that an update was available. But not with the same problem people are experiencing-namely sd/cf card disappearing.

The seller is asking for $450cdn with a 1gig sd card and about 6months warranty left. I will try to bring him down to around $400cdn mark.

What do you guys think is fair?

I've been typing on phones for years and i find it easier and faster then the on screen keyboard on the Axim. And the thought of carrying around a hardware keyboard + the axim + my phone makes me shiver.. lol

It all comes down to the "will i actually take it with me when i go out in the morning" factor. I dont like windows smartphones though, there all fat and ugly. I like symbian phones :) nice and small and usefull.
