X51(v) or X50(v) WM5 users: Do X50(v) WM2003SE hacks work?

In an effort to update one of my tutorials, I'm interested in hearing from X51(v)or X50(v)WM5 users about X50(v) WM2003SE hacks. Have any of you applied any of the hacks described in the X50v Quicklinks...Software and Tweaks you need thread? If so, did they work at all? I'm specifically referring to X50Mix, Contrast applet, GAPI tweak, etc. Thanks!

I know for sure that x50mix works just fine -- not sure on the others.

(x50v upgraded to WM5)

X50Mix works fine, the contrast applet doesn't work, it shows the applet but doesn't change the contrast.

Haven't tried the GAPI tweak, but just enabled the contrast with tweak2k on my x51v and that is working fine. Could change it to almost a white screen to a very dark screen.

Ok, so it seems that the contrast applet and the X50mix are ok on WM5. Anyone have anything to say about the GAPI tweak??
