dilemma

I need an advice. So, as I said in some of my postings I have some problems with the poor battery life and after I talked to DELL they send me a new one. I checked it again. The second one was a little bit better, but just in case I talked to them again and they were very quicl and said that they are sending me a new PPC. SO, I just got it. I checked both of them, and they have almost the same battery performance. Now the question is: should I keep mine( it freezes from 1 to 5 times a day, ROM A03, but still I know what to expect) or to keep the refurbished one(A05, it looks and works fine, but I don't know what to expect). Actually I don't really know what is the problem with the refurbished stuff. Can we considered a refurbished device as a new or not. In other words, what is that mean refurbished DELL AXIM X50V? Thank you!

I would have no problem taking a refurbished Axim as a replacement. For the most part, the only difference is that the refurb has been handled by a few more people before it was given to you. As long as there aren't any scrapes or scratches on it, it is essentially a new PDA.
