Worried X50V/WM5: How much Program memory do you have available after soft reboot?

I just upgraded to WM5, and I was expecting to have more program memory available. After performing a soft reboot, I only have about 26MB free, that's with iLaunch installed and running with the QVGA and VGA icons. I have everything installed on a high speed 4GB SD card.

I am curious to know if 26 our of 64MB seems acceptable?

Yeah, it's kinda disappointing actually, WM5 is a memory hog! Considering I had more "Program Memory" in 2003SE and that was when the 64mb was being shared with storage! I'm getting used to it though. After tweaking it seems to be doing much better in terms of stability.

Wow, I'm really surprised with this. Wasn't WM 5.0 supposed to perform better. At least, with the loss of program memory is it performing better by any chance? It seems like another reason for me not to upgrade. Have 36MB available after soft reset with WM2003SE on X50V and I do have Today Plug-ins etc.

I have 31.8 MB free. That is with only PB on the Today screen and only ActiveSync listed in the Running Programs.

Edit:
After starting up Pocket Informant 2005 Rev 4, I have 27.81 MB free.
