Back up

I would like to do back up on CF Card but can`t seem to find a way
As soon as I go to BU it goes on and on but can`t get to go to start button
Need soft reset

Assuming you are using the built in backup, it does take a while to set it up before it will let you hit the start button. try it again and let it run for a few minutes and see what happens. should take less than 3 or 4 minutes to get to that point.
