Question 50x vs 51x

I have been on this off and on this site since I purchased an Axim x50v. I then decided that I wanted a Samsung i730. It worked well but I longed for the larger screen.
So here I am again. Should I purchase the x51v or go and buy a used x50v.
Your help in this matter is greatly appreciated.
I will be using many medical apps., PIMS, a few puzzle games and probably GPS once my finances recover from the i730 purchase.
