x50v wm2003se: getting started advice

Looks like I'm making the jump up from the awesome x30mid I've been using. I've been reading up on the x50v and found there's alot more to it. What should I install first, ozvga? Is gapi only for gaming (I don't play any)? Do any of you not use sevga or ozvga? If you were getting started w/what you know now what would you do?

I mostly use PI, spb plus, ie, tomtom nav 2004, all in texas hold 'em, ewallet, and phat pad.

Do you need ozvga to watch movies?
