X50 + USB Sync cable = Unknown Device
Help! Please!
I bought a travel kit for my X50, it charges but can't sync, when I connect it to the PC via USB the PC reports "Unknown Device"

Help!

yes!
It can sync via cradle perfectly! But when I use the travel USB cable ünknown device" bubble shows up

im guessing you are using windows xp?
right now the only thing i can think of that is wrong is the DT leads are switched around.
