index.dat File in Temporary Internet Files
How the heck do i delete the big index.dat file in /windows/profiles/guest/Temporary Internet Files/Content.IE5 without a hard reset. I want to know. This file keeps getting bigger and bigger.

I think SKTools has a way to do this that only requires a soft reset.
