X51v Media Player Problem

There is a strange "dung" sound whenever I play MP3 music with the MediaPlayer of my x51v. It sounds like that the "dung" sound is trying to notify me of some events that I am not aware of.

I have my WiFi & Bluetooth and screen turned off. Also, I have the lock button in locked position.

Can anyone tell me if there is something I have done wrong?? ... or.. is it a known problem with the software of the x51v A04 software??

Please advise...

No such problem here. Mabey try a different media player like TCPMP. Also turn off other notifications and such in the sounds and notifications icon of your settings.

If you prefer, you can just return it. It is hoplesss. Demand a refund from Dell.
