WiFi Icon after re-set

I just noticed... when I do a soft re-set The little wifi icon becomes animated, like wifi is on, (the little arrows are animated). Is this normal, or is it just my unit? I turn on wifi and turn it off again to stop the animation.

Which pda and operating system do you have? On my x30 w/wm2003se when I do a soft reset the wifi often turns on also. I have to turn it off and I don't know why. Is that what you mean?

I have a new X51v. No that's not what I mean. However I figured it out. If I leave the wlan utility on, and turn wifi on and off with the enable button, the animation stops. I somehow had disabled the wlan utility and I guess when flight mode is on, the wlan must also be on. Anyhow it seems ok now.
