How to put pressure on Dell for the WM5 issues...

Has anyone thought to contact some of the big tech magazines to see if they would want to do a story on the WM5 fiasco?

Hell.. PC Magazine called the x51v one of the best PDA's of the year... They also gave the x51v a very good review back in September as well as naming the x51v their "Editors' Choice".

Seems to me that now would be a good time for them to do one of their "second look" pieces on the x51v and WM5. :realmad:

A lot of people put pressure on Dell to release WM5 and looked what happened.I say give them time to get it as bug free as possible.

I was going to post this very question. I have an x51v that has the no boot, freezing stand by etc issues.I have applied all firmware updates (1) up to now with no luck. The battery drains very quickly etc. This is a lemon issue. There have been lawsuits over these kind of issues, the Treo just had one. I am very frustrated with the issues these devices have.

See people, this is why you WAIT before installing a new OS. You always give it at least a few weeks/months, just to give them time to iron out the bugs that always pop up.
