I've just flashed from sd, and after I was asked to do a manual hard reset it stoped at the blue Dell logo for an hour. Should I wait more? I have an x51v, and I've followed all the necesary instructions.

Do you have a French X51v system? If not, it won't be able to boot, because now the filesystem has mixed languages and paths, unless you can do a hard reset.

Yes, it had originally the French system. After I trid to switch to English A12 (by changing the name of the rom img trick) i was unable to perform the hard reset (having soft reset to my original system)to finish the installation. That is the reason why I flashed from sd. Now I'm stucked  with the nice blue dell logo. Could it be a mass in booting?

does anyone know if there is any possibility to reflash the bootloader from sd, not the OS? Thanks.

Domme, you are THE KING! I used your SD image procedure and files to salvage my x50 that was stuck at the 80% blue screen of death! Thank you and thank everyone on this thread that helped me to figure out how to do this!

x50v roms and crcs
That looks like exactly what I need. Unfortunately, when I followed your rapidshare links, the 3 files (and associated CRC files) weren't available. Is there any chance you could upload them again and email me to let me know they're there, email them to me direct (babblerx@blueyonder.co.uk) or even p2p them via msn (babblerx@hotmail.com). Hopefuly, I will be able to revive my bricked x50v
If anyone else has the roms/crcs available please let me know.

PS. I did find a WM5 rom and crc for my X50V but its French!!. So if you know any French people with a bricked X50V let me know and I'll be only too happpy to send them the rom etc.

dell axim x50v stucked on dell logo after reset
My dell aximx50v was stucked on dell logo after doing a soft reset, it will not proceed to start up, even if I hard reset the dell it will just stucked on the dell logo, it will show the status bar but up to a certain point it will stop and will be stucked there. Any help I can sought from you guys?What will I do, please help, I went to dell axim website they just wont provide you an immediate solution.My warrant was already expired. I need help badly. Please help me.

I also need that SD image loader if thats the only solotion to my problem now, the 3 files were al empty, we have the same problem babblerx, please help[ me too if you were able to revive your dell axim x50V. I just dont know what happen to my dell axim X50V, it was upgraded to window mobile 5, it was working fine until this big problem. Please help us guys.

X51V bricked, need A12 nb0 file and bootloader, etc
please just post a link to the files here.
Need the nb0 file and crc and whatever else needs to be changed for the x51v
