Suspend time? Screen Brightness?

Hi,

I have an Axim X51v, and I am pretty happy with it overall. Like everybody, I am noticing poor battery performance and I have a few questions...

How long is a good time to have this thing sit without suspending? It's set to three minutes. I have the screen light on for the three minutes also. Which of those two settings chews up more juice? I'd like to leave the screen on for two minutes, and the unit itself on for maybe 10 minutes before it goes to sleep. Is that normal, or should I stick with 3min/1min combination?

Should I set this thing to 624 mhz (high performance) and leave it there, or should I take advantage of the auto setting?

I have the high end unit and am currently running A04. I use a SD card. No bluetooth though I leave it on. I use 802.11b constantly, even for sync to exchange server.

I guess that's it. I'd answer this myself but I don't use my device enough to make a good test out of it.
