Alarm not sounding with tasks or appointments

Looking for a fix to this issue. My X50V is not making any sounds when I have a task or calander reminder set. The weird thing is that if I set an alram on the native clock my Ax sounds off loud and clear. Go figure. I'm using Pocket Informant 5.6.1.0178, Pocket Breeze, Pocket Weather, iGuidance, MemMaid, Microsoft Reader and some other apps that I can list if it makes a difference. Anyone else had this problem and found a work around without having to hard reset?

Under Settings>Sounds & Notifications>Sounds, do you have the Programs and the Notifications boxes checked?

Under Settings>Sounds & Notifications>Notifications>Event>Reminders, do you have the Play Sound box checked?

I had the same issues. Everything checked...Backup - hard reset - Restore did not help. I had to hard reset and start from scratch.

I hope it doesn't come to that. By the way, did the issue ever return? I'm asking because I think there must be a software conflict that is causing this problem and I don't want to reload the same "problem" again.

I installed back all my apps and the reminder is working...

Is there any chance he needs Wakeup Tweak installed?

There are some programs out there that fix the alarms too and improve them. AlarmToday is one of them.

I figured out the problem (after a hard reset) and it was due to Battery Pack Pro (v1.1.1) having a conflict when the Power Alert option was enabled. Turning that option off restored my task and appointment alarms.
