Terminal Services Question

I'm trying to connect to my PC through Remote desktop and terminal services but whenever I try to connect I get the message "terminal services cannot connect with current settings". I've enabled remote desktop on my pc and also did port forwarding on port 3389. Running out of ideas now. Can anyone shed some light on this? Any help would be much appriciated.

what OS are you running on your computer? Try disabling you firewall for the moment. Try setting your selected networks to connect to 'Work'.

See the how many bits the remote computer supports on screen colors, if it's set to allow only 32Bits then your PPC can't connect back.

Make sure on your pc your account has a password, you need to have one. Leaving it blank dosnt work.

Thanks for all the tips. I finally got it working. Turns out i was trying to connect using "My ISP" instead of "My Work Network". Once I set the network to "My Work Network" everything worked out fine. Terminal services is awesome, so much faster than VNC.
