A06 and Windows Files

I upgraded to A06 the other day and installed SPB Pocket Plus, Resco File Explorer, and Memaid. I then looked at the Windows folder today on my X51V and there are probably about 100 files ranging in size from a few bytes to several KB each. The files are named with a bunch of numbers and letters with no file extension. With A01 and A04 these files never existed. Now all of a sudden I have a ton of them with A06. The programs I mentioned above were installed with previous versions also. Does anyone know what these files are and what they are for? Is this something that A06 put on there. It's rather annoying looking the Windows folder now.
