is there a force low res for mainly games that dont run properly in VGA
is there such a thing as force LORES to force games and programs that dont run when in VGA mode. the main ones are stunt car extreme, athough this runs the input is a quarter of the screen size. I'm running WM2003SE on a X50v.

Get the gapi tweak. It adjust the dispays resolution just before it runs to the game to 240x320. Game performance is much improved.

Disable the hack that is creating the illusion of VGA. The game will then run full screen.

Jakerich I don't quit understand. If you meen use OzVGA to switch back to VGA, then that is what we are having to do EVERY time to play the games. It goes like this, I use VGA (it's really a must with word and webbrowsing) My daughter wants to play a game so she starts OzVGA switches back to QVGA then soft resets then plays her games and then starts OzVGA switches to VGA and soft restarts again.

Yep, that's exactly what I'm saying. The screen is ALWAYS VGA, but when you run the OzVGA hack, you disable the pixel doubling that the developers of the operating system provided to convert QVGA images to full screen. Games which aren't VGA aware can't be run with the hacks in place because there aren't enough pixels defined in their screen images to fill the screen without that pixel doubling. So, as you said, every time you want to play the game, disable the hack and it should run.

bloodbird0 What program did you use to get to VGA SE_VGA or OzVGA ? if you used SE_VGA start it and select Standard SE VGA and then apply changes. If you used OzVGA then start it and select SeVga. In both cases the machine will reboot and be in the old QVA mode.
