Hi,

what kind of battery life do you get from you standard 1100 OEM battery?

It depends. I don't think I get very good battery life. My ppc is configured using power saving and runs at 208 most of the time.

Most of my daily usage without a battery is with BT accessories such as a keyboard and mouse or with BT headphones and music. Keyboard and mouse I get about 2 hours- 3 hours before I get nervous, mainly because it seems to drop faster, as the the time goes on.

Music and headphones is better. Wifi also uses a bunch of power, a tad less than BT. I carry a spare battery and use a cradle or adapter whenever possible.

see i use mine on Auto, but if im guetting desprate i put it on powesave mode. I still think that i could only get an hour and a half battery with wifi on at tops. Just wondering if my battery is going and i need to get a new one.

Does anyone know where i cn get a 1100 battery in the UK? dont want an extended one because i dont want to have to get a new case.
