Hmm X51v roll-back to Win Mobile 2003?
Is this possible? How can I do it..

I too wanted to do this, but unfortunately, no. the x51 series lacks a backup battery, so when you turn it off it would be like a hard reset every time. I'm dying for Dell to release a new ROM.

Sorry, this is not possible. The X51v never had WM2003, so there is no ROM to roll-back to.
