Icon graphics screwed up - X51v

I have noticed that after my Axim has been on for a while, the icon graphics start to get screwed up. Basically, it looks like they are getting shifted to the right and wrapping around to the left (i.e. if the icon were 25 pixels wide, pixel column 25 becomes column 1, and all other columns shift up by 1). A soft reset solves the problem, but it comes back shortly afterwards. Functionality is not affected, it just looks strange.

Any ideas?

/edit #1 - I can't tell for sure if it always draws the right part of the icon on the left part of the picture, in some cases it looks like it, but in others, it is not it is part of another icon.
