Notification bubble on top bar - question

Every time I take my X51v off of the cradle, the notification bubble opos up and actually covers up another icon (True Toolbar). The only way to clear is to hit the notification item in the command bar for which True Toolbar opens up, then close the window again for the bubble in the title bar to disappear.

I don't have any notifications set for activesync, so I'm not sure why this is happening. Any thoughts?
