Hmm Need additional VPN settings for x51v

Hello,

I am trying to connect to my school network through VPN. The following is what they give us for connecting:

Windows 2000/XP:
1) Open up the Network Connections window from Control Panel, and create a new connection using the link/icon provided.
2) Select the Connect to the network at my workplace option and press the Next button.
2) Select the Virtual Private Network connection option, and press the Next button.
3) Type in a name for the new VPN Connection (ie. "XXX"). Press the Next button.
4) In the next box enter in the IP address of 10.100.0.1 and press the Next button. Press the Finish button in the final window.
5) Double click the new connection and press the Properties button. Move to the Options tab and check off the "Include Windows logon domain" option, then press ok.
6) Double click the new VPN connection icon and enter in your Students network login name and password as prompted, and enter in "STUDENTS" as the login Domain. Next, press the Connect button. If all of the settings were successful you should momentarily be connected to the RCC students network and an icon in the taskbar should display your connection status.

Just wondering if there are any other settings I should be putting in for connecton on my axim, which are specific to a PPC, but auto in XP? I already asked the guys in the IT depot here, but they dont really care about their jobs and were not willing to help.

They also gave settings for Linux and win98, would posting those help?
