Turning the Screen off?

Is there a way to turn the screen off during music playback in TCPMP or Windows Media Player?
I dont really use the screen while listening to music and it might save some battery power

Thanks

TCPMP: Options -> Select page -> Hotkeys -> towards the end of the list

edit: same goes for WMP: options -> keys/buttons

On the X50 - if you keep the power button pressed in, the screen will go off after 3 - 4 seconds, but audio will still play.

One of the buttons in Media Player will be set to toggle the screen, or you can set it under options. I use the downward D-Pad action for this.

On my x50v it just disables the backlight, but not the screen itself.
