VPN & Opera 8.5 no work?

I am running Opera 8.5 for WindowsMobile and using VPN over a wireless network for authenication etc.

For some reason loading Opera8.5 disables VPN connection.

I can use PocketIE and WebIS Mail when the VPN connection is on, but once i open up Opera, then my VPN connection is lost.

What settings am i going wrong here?

problems mainly with VPN connections; several users have reported other kinds of problems

I'm guessing that that would probably explain your problems with Opera and VPN.

Ah... Ic... Maybe i'll have to wait for the updated version of Opera for a fix then. Oweo, back to pocketIE, never got netfront beta 3.3 to work.

I'm using the NetFront 3.3 beta, though it does appear to have problems loading up some sites (the company I work for, for example!). Not the fastest browser on the planet, either. When I get some time / next beta of Opera comes out, I'll give that a go. I suspect that Minimo will never be an option for X50v (Win2003SE) users but Opera would suit me just fine!

I hope the next Opera version is better.

i heard the hacked version works better than the official released one. I dunno, i am using the modified version.
