Exchange server won't sync email - help!?!

Hi guys

I have set my x50v up to sync with my work laptop (connected via the cradle on USB) - all my emails, calendar and contacts are on exchange server. I can successfully sync calendar and notes, however the inbox on the pda stays blank. If i compose an email on the pda it does not sync and send, it stays in the outbox.

I have checked that my proxy server settings are correct (checked against another working device) and am now at a loss? I have also tried soft and hard resets. I tried creating some new folders on the server, but these aren't picked up in the messaging window - but I never get an error, it just says sync successful even though nothing happens either way!

Any help?????????
