Oh my god, a positive Dell Story
I thought it was about due to give dell some praise recently!

I had an X30 wifi and it went wonky last week - the screen decided to show random coloured bars. Rang up dell and they said they would send me a new one. I didnt realise that 'new' meant a Dell Axim x51v! :D

After digging around this site I see lots of people hate the buggers and their support, but when I rang I got a real person on the phone and they were really helpful!

I got a UPS tracking number and crapped myself when I looked at how long it will take. 5 working days? Thats total poo for a shipping company I thought. Just looked now and its out for delivery after 3 (including today) working days. Not bad!

Just got to wait for the thing to come and hope it works out of the box! :P If not I made bookmarks of all your fixes lol

But yeah I thought I would post something positive about Dell :) Maybe they like students... :love:

Wow, did you purchase the complete care or what? I have the basic warranty and hopefully something magical like that would happen when my X51v breaks.
