Tasks w/ no due date do not sync

I just recently got an Axim X51v so it is possible I have missed this setting somewhere. However any task iiin Outlooko which does not have a due date (Due date set to none) does not get moved over to my Axim.

At this time I am using the default task software which came with the Axim. Is this a known issue or is there some kind of option I can toggel which would give me some debug information?

The one thing I can add is, once in awhile when a sync is performed I get a dialogue box on windows stating that the following tasks could not be sync'd (no reason given). I am only assuming the reason is due to their being no due date as any task with a due date gets sync'd with out any trouble.

My Active sync version is 4.1.0 (Build 4841)
My ROM version is A01
