Famous last words.
Registry editing (much like on your desktop) is not something you just want to go screwing around in (no offense intended). If you've never edited a registry, then seriously I would avoid it. Tweaks2k2 is cheap, and it handles a lot of the things the average user is looking to have done via the registry, and it is a lot safer. I've been mucking around in the registry on my systems for a couple years, and I bought the program.
a hard reset will NOT fix the errors... i screwed some up in the reg and did a hard reset... nothing was fixd... so be carefull!!!!

A hard reset will un-do any changes you made to the registry. Sometimes thats required if you make changes that prevent the Axim from booting properly.

I agree with the others who say that editing the Registry is NOT something you should do unless you really know what you are doing. However, if you backup first (preferably using Sprite) a Restore will restore the registry to the condition it was in before you edited it. If the PDA will not boot, then a hard reset will be necessary before doing the restore, but that should get you back to where you started from.
no it wont... reg keys from programs i previusly installed are still there.. after 2 hard resets..

I guess I'm confused by the number of posts stat, and the "Contributor" label. What do these really mean?
