ActiveSync 4 exchange server?

I went for a walk and when i got back placed my Axim in the cradle...

It didn't sycn... i looked at the screen and i get a dialog:

DEFAULT\DEFAULT

[Password Box]
[O] Save password

[Done] [Cancel]

I tried leaving it blank, entering default... my windows password...

Nothing works!

There is no Exhange Server setup via activsync.

I even delete the relation ship with my pda and recreate it... same deal
