Dell Customer Service - not efficient
I ordered an x51v and case January 31st. It was showing as arriving in March. What? I posted here and then called Dell. Oh, the case is holding it up. Cancel the case says I. I'll create a new order says she. Ok, it will arrive within 10 days. Hmm. Ok.
Now that order shows as arriving after Feb 15th. No, that's no good. I call again. Problem with the credit card on the new order but he'll ship it overnight once that is fixed. I get transferred to credit card department.
Yep, the new order has some sort of problem, but the first order shipped. Say What? That was cancelled. But it now shows as arriving on Feb 6th. With the case.
I check on UPS. Sure enough, due to arrive on Feb 6th. Kind sir, please CANCEL the second order. I don't need, or want to pay for, two.
I once had something similar happen with Amazon. Maybe it's me. I told them if they sent a second walkman that I was NOT paying for it and NOT shipping it back. Sure enough, I gave it to my brother. Anyone wanna bet on a 2nd Axim?
