How do I roll back to WM2003?

Hello,

I recently (finally) got an X50v. Problem is it was already upgraded to WM5, and I want to roll it back to WM2003. I'm not sure how to accomplish this. Any help?

There is a rollback utility for the x50v on the dell website.

make sure you have a warranty!!! ... it's rare but sometimes the rollback will leave you "bricked"

I just tried the link to download on the dell site, and it won't work--both the download now and the FTP download links take me to a "page cannot be displayed" page...anywhere else I can get this??? I can't get my new BT keyboard to work on WM5 and want to roll back.

That's where I was trying to get it also--just tried again with your link, no luck. I'm in a school computer lab (b/c I have dial up at home and didn't want to wait an hour--or more if I got disconnected during download). Would firewalls or something in the lab keep the page from displaying?

they may have the site blocked for some reason.

I can get to the site, but the download button sends me to the error page. Do you think it's b/c of the computer lab?? Thanks for your help!

It ran flawlessly. Oh, and yes, there is still a warranty on it.

Now, I know I asked in another thread, but how the heck do I change the font color on the Today screen? I'm (of course) using WM2003 A05.
