i've suffered for the problem for few months until i found this link.. and i just fixed my problem less than 10minutes.. my summary is as below (thanks for all posts n members who share the idea n knowledge)

1. Get MemMaid 1.72 (its a software where u can download from pocketgear.com)

2. After u've opened the software, go to Notification Queue

3. There will be a lot of items (the stucked alarms/reminders) which u can 'check/uncheck' to be deleted (my problem started 3months ago, so i have hundreds of items)

4. Have a look of each item description as shown in the box. u can see the date n time that those items should trigger

5. Delete the stucked/past items by referring to the date n time. Please be carefull. dont delete incoming Calendar reminder or else u will lost the data (just like what happened to previous members who forgot his wife birthday n anniversary :p)

6. Close all applications and soft reset ur PDA.

7. Problem solved!

p/s: Apparently, this method also has solved my Avtivesync problem (my desktop didnt detect my PDA). And i suggest that we must use the MemMaid software more frequent to ensure these kind of problems wont happen again. Thanks to MemMaid... Get lost Microsoft..

Two thumbs up to the topic starter and those who shared their knowledge.. God bless u all..

Ok, I've tried everything. Here is my solution, which is good for me:
1. get MemMaid 2.0
2. set advanced features
3 go to Notification Queue
4 delete everything under Classic Time Based
5 Using pocket Information 2007 rebuild queue

4 - syncing

5 - changing back to Calendar + in Today screen Items.

One, or a combination of the above, worked.

EDIT
Forgot - add Pocketmax pmClean (free) to the list above; I think it deleted one notification.
pocketMax Software - Freeware

Good luck.
Thank you for recommending pmclean software. That found and deleted 3 entries, now alarms are working again!:approve:
