Connect 8gig laptop hard drive to x51v

What do I need to buy to connect an 8gig laptop hard drive to my x51v either thru the cf or sd slot? Is it possible? I saw some hard drive caddys on ebay for $1.95 plus $8 shipping but they would only connect to two usb ports. Any suggestions?

I've seen some usb 1.1 hosts that run usb, but there like $200 and I think ur gona need a separate power supply for the harddrive. o by the way u can buy a cf microdrive that go from 1-12gb. but there going to cost as much as the usb host.

The Axim actually has an on board USB controller - so it should be hypothetically possible - however unless you're handy with solder and happy with ripping out the entrails of your Axim I'd opt for the microdrive...

I don't believe the Axim is "USB Host" capable.
