Unable to Sync my X51v w/ my Outlook

HELP!!

I am unsuccessful syncing with my Windows Outlook at work which is accessed via my company's LAN. However, this should not be a problem as I downloaded the latest ActiveSync ver 4.1. We use Windows 2000 at my company.

Besides other Axim users at my work are syncing ok, albeit they have older Axim models.

I know that the Axim is ok, as it will sync with my desktop Windows XP at home.

Please let me know what I'm doing wrong! The Dell technical support person could not help me.

I'd be curious too becuase that is why my beautiful X51v got to make a return trip to Dell. I tried for a full day at work, then gave up. It was especially painful after getting the whole thing configured to work great with the PC at home. Meanwhile, my X30 continues to chug right on.

Yes, I was able to sync with my home computer too. Only problem is that I don't use Outlook at home. I only use via my laptop at work and access at home via VPN.
