Switcher Bar, program list disappears
I've had this issue with my X3i, and my X50v running both WM2003SE and WM5.
Occassionaly, and for no reason I can determine, the list of programs currently running, is no longer there. The programs which are running are still open (I can tell this from the memory manage). Then, if I close one or two of the running programs, the remaining come back into the Switcher Bar.
Anyone else have this issue or a solution?

This happened to me today - I thought my PDA was fine and then it started gettting really slow... turned out the Switcher Bar wasn't reporting the apps properly (checked the memry applet -> running programs to see what was running).
I eneded up downloading an ap called InClose Mobile - works very well with WM5...

It does the same on my x51v too. Besides, it doesn't start a lot of times (for example, when Opera is also active).

I just tried InClose. on my x50v with WM5 it was much slower than MagicButton. Also the speed stayed at 625mhz all the time. back to MB for me but this does look like it has promise.

I had the same problem with switcherbar. I switched to magicbutton and the whole device seems to work a little faster.

I like magic button, except that it freezes the Wi-Fi settings window whenever you tap OK. It won't freeze if you have MB set to show the Windows Title in the top bar, but if it's set to show the task icons it'll freeze.

Magicbutton is a bit odd compared to Switcherbar, but I think I like it. Anyone have any problems with battery train when using the battery meter (for some reason, some battery meters increase drain when off)?

I have an X51v - it doesn't have the memory & performance issues X50v & WM5 have... sorry I can vouch for inClose on the X51v - runs like a beauty....

Same problem with my x51v. I have a slight suspicion that the switcher bar disappears when I use wifi, although I haven't been able to confirm it yet. I'm trying magic button now as some posters suggested. thanks.

Same here, I've been using Switcher Bar for a week now and am definitely re-installing Magic Button. Switcher Bar dissapears on me too and then I try to tap it in Settings and nothing happens, it won't re-open unless I do a soft reset. Magic Button is an awesome program and I've never had any issues like that with it.
