ActiveSync error code: 80004002

I keep getting an "Attention Required" message when trying to sync my X51. When I click on "Attention Required" it says it cannot sync because of "Support Code: 80004002". Anybody know how to fix this?

I had a similar issue when sync'ing to Outlook. I search the forums and found that you had to create a contact on the Axim to get rid of this error. I created a blank contact and this got rid of the error. Give that a shot.

How to I create a contact on my Axim? Do you mean create a new contact in the contacts folder? Thanks

Click the second button from the left... should open your contacts. Then in the menu you should have an option for "new"...

I have the same problem and supporting code 80004002 and cannot be solved by creating a noname contact.
However I found out a solution to solve it and I believe that is correct because I have the problems happened twice and solve it on the same solution.
The solution : delete partnership relationship both on PPC and computer and then restart the computer and soft reset the PPC, connect them again to build up a new partnership relationship, Sync again. Problem solved

Thanks. Tried removing relationship on pda and pc several times with no success. Rebooting pc and reseting pda appear to be crucial.
