What do you think will happen?

What do you think will happen if i send in my dell axim x50v to dell for repair, and it has the WM5 installed on it and the device doesnt turn on? do you think they will fix it and send it back? do you think they will not fix it and send it back ? or maybe some other option?


P.S. i need the .crc and .n0b files to flash my rom...where would i get that if i only seem to have the .img files on the cd....

Look at the SD image loader sticky at the top.

If you send your unit back, they might send you a refurb unit.

Mine heng on the 90% Dell screen.

The SD loader sorted it out.

Is it under warranty? I read that Dell does not repair PDA's, they send new or refurbished units out for warranty claims. No warranty, no repair.

they send refurbished units, and i know that for a fact, ive went through 8 x30highs (speaker,bluetooth light,screen,speaker,sd lock,sdlock, speaker,and speaker again) then they had sent me a x51v free!! Thats why i still like dell!
