What is the proper restoration way, to prevent duplicates

Hi! Just saved my axim with the SD Image Loader.. and did a restoration.

Just like previous, the first time i do the sync with ActiveSync (4.1), the data would be duplicated. I read that lots of people having this issues.. What I currently do is a stupid passive way to remove the entries from outlook, then sync again.

Is there any other better way? Pls shed some lights :)

You can use SKTools to get rid of duplicates, but the trial version only does something like 6 duplicates before it needs you to click something. Not sure what it costs, but it's probably worth it if you have a thousand or so contacts like me...it would really suck to have to remove that many dupes by hand.
