ActiveSync 4.1 Stopped Syncing

Hi Gurus, I am surfing all threads and I did not find a resolution or information about making ActiveSync to function back flawlessly after my upgrade of X50v to WM5, and after a couple of days it stopped syncing with no reason. I got only the Green Spin running with connecting message and that is it.
Is there any fix other than the HARD-REST, I do not want to go every week for installing Soft wares. Obviously I tried the Soft-Reset and did not help.

Thanks for any feedback...

Ok, well.... here's a couple of thoughts off the top of my head.

Do you have a firewall? If it is running, turn it off. This includes the Windows XP SP2 firewall. If this fixes it, you need to allow Activesync to pass through the fireall...

Have you tried deleting your partnership (in activesync on the desktop)?

Have you uninstalled Activesync from your PC, rebooted the PC, and then reinstalled activesync?

Thank you netsyd for your inputs. Yes, I did deleted the PartnerShip on my PC (and also all settings on AXIM).
I also uninstalled ActiveSync on PC - Shut Down - Install, Firewall Windows OFF, my AntiSpy ware also shut down.
Still no respond - Spinning Green circle with Connecting message.
Only left with a question, can you guide me on what you meant about shutting down Firewall of SP2 ?

Thank you
