Can't get My Documents folder on SDcard to sync
I created a folder on my SD card called 'My Documents' and deleted the 'ignore my documents' file on my sd card but it doesn't sync with the desktop pc. Do I need to cut the 'ignore my documents' file and paste it to the root of my x50v?

as far as i know, you can only sync "My Documents" files if they are in main memory. ActiveSync cannot sync "My Documents" if they are located in an external media card - you would need a third-party app to do this; try Google...
