After seeing these price drops, I do think its the end of the line for the Axim. Unless they are getting ready to reveal a new product
I don't know about Canada, but the price in the USA is way high now compared to prices in November and December. It may not mean a thing, but it puts a big dent in your theory. :p

Where are you guys getting these $300-ish prices from Dell?
Best I can find on the Dell web site at the moment is $448 for an X51v with extra battery. Am I missing something?
You have to pick your spots ... and it helps to order from Dell.ca if possible. For some reason the .ca price has been promo'd lower ATM than .com. Also, you can negotiate over the phone.
Plus, I got my x51v during dell.ca 10 days of deals, which is why I got it for 379CAD which at the time with exchange rates would have been ~330US.
Paid $400.00 for x51v with Rhino Aluminum Hard Skin, Second Battery, Charger/ sync USB cable from Belkin (the one with the car plug usb thing). For some reason through Dell's EPP, they had them listed as a deal of the week package for 40% off...
