connecting to a Mac

Not sure if this is at all possible or not?? if so does someone has a help guide to do so?

you see at work I have a Mac and Windows computer. My Windows is locked down like i work for the CIA or something but my Mac is not at all. I have ActiveSync on my Windows computer to sync my Email, Calendar and stuff but would like to connect to Mac to access internet for Avantgo or other thing that use net connection to update, access, etc.

Any help people??

Which one is locked down?

Anyways your options are limited for syncing there's a product called the Missing Sync that allows you to syncronize your appointments, and contacts with the mac. To date I don't believe avantgo is mac compatable. There may be an alternative to avantgo, but I'm unaware of it.

My Windows computer is locked. My Mac is open as ever. Any help is nice.
